PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Our company has been relying on Zimbra for our communication needs for many years now and we can only say that it has improved over time. It has a vast array of customization options that are a boon to our business. With it, we can easily find and update our contacts' information. It is very helpful that we can view and share our calendars outside of our office as well. However, the email aspect of Zimbra is the one that we use the most and with which we are truly happy. It has made email organization smoother and less arduous and it has allowed us to take on different personas through signature changes when needed.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The briefcase option of Zimbra is working for us but not in the way we would like it to. It would be more helpful if it could share documents that we can edit simultaneously. Aside from that, Zimbra can be problematic during upgrades. Thankfully, such issues were immediately resolved and without recurring too.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Zimbra is helping our business create a collaborative environment that is inclusive for our remote workers and field employees. With its help, everyone can understand each other as well as cooperate smoothly because of easy access to calendars.
