I like the pricing scheme which is membership-based and the ability to work in various environments. I also like the ease of sharing documents, collecting and overseeing assets.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Set up can take a bit too long but after everything is settled, things run smoothly. There’s also a help group you can rely on when things get tough.
