What are the best aspects of this product?

You'd initially like Zimbra for its user-friendly and clean-looking interface and the fact that you can access it through a computer or mobile. Then you'd eventually find the many useful features it hides underneath, it's so you would find it hard not to get hooked.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I used it for a year and there is nothing negative I can say about Zimbra.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Zimbra made more convenient the collaboration work on e-mail.
