What are the best aspects of this product?

Zimbra's unique strength I think is having comprehensive authentication systems like DKIM and DMARC, enabling smooth sending and receiving of emails from clients in one place. We love that there are new iterations from time to time which is really effective in improving the system. We also highly commend Zimbra's customer support team for their responsiveness.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Monitoring incoming and outgoing calls can only be done by superiors, which is problematic because agents should also have control over tracking. More improvements can also be made in linking it with other support apps.

You can create blogs, embed videos, add pictures, send messages, leave comments, create events and enhance your personal profile like a social media tool. It boasts an advanced reporting and authentication system that helps businesses ensure the effectiveness of boosting a social online campaign.
