What are the best aspects of this product?

Zimbra is a straightforward solution that helps me get organized with its labeling capability. It has become a fundamental aspect of my profession due to the large volume of communications that we receive. Because of that, it can be hard to find a specific one at times. However, with Zimbra, things are smoother since we can create multiple labels and assign them to certain messages. Doing so has saved us a lot of time since we can segment messages depending on which office or organization they came from.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The number thing I dislike about Zimbra is its cluttered user interface. Apart from that, I also find it problematic that I have not recovered my lost password to the platform since the option is not available.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Zimbra has helped us resolve the absence of a network that includes remote workers as well as the duplicate copies of emails.
