What are the best aspects of this product?

I have worked for three different companies over a span of five years and Zimbra was a key tool in all. Personally, I use it for my own blogs and it is really handy for receiving messages from readers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Interface design is outdated.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Zimbra is effortless to use at work or for personal use. It is effortless to set up and, most importantly, does not cost much to maintain.
