What are the best aspects of this product?
Apart from the sophisticated and uncluttered interface of Zimbra, I like how it can integrate with email clients like Outlook and Thunderbird. Its speed in providing search results is also the fastest that I have encountered because of its ability to index both the contents and attachments of an email.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It is difficult to update Zimbra because of our on-premises deployment. We have to do a lot of planning before we can take any definitive action because we have a lot of emails. It is also bothersome that we have to go offline to do this, causing us to lose precious hours of productivity.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Zimbra has allowed us to implement the use of email throughout our organization as well as make the service available any time from any device. As a result, it has become the go-to communication channel in our company, more than phone calls.
