What are the best aspects of this product?

What I like best about Zimba is its ability to autocomplete business contacts. If you already have a list of contacts, you don’t need to register them in order to send emails. Aside from that, you can create a group for mass mailing so you can save time when sending emails to several recipients.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We cannot access the service when the company’s server is down. It becomes a serious issue whenever it happens at times when we are working on vital business data.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are able to carry out events seamlessly and effectively. There are also follow-ups of the dates and reminders of the activity.
