What are the best aspects of this product?
I love how Zimbra lets me integrate all my email accounts in a single location, a unique capability not available in other email service providers. Aside from that, I also like its customization features. I can alter the look of my work environment, remove functionalities that I rarely use and add the essential ones, and also modify the design templates. Last but not least, it offers collaborative chat features which are a big help when working in teams. It makes communication and exchanging vital work documents and information effortless and seamless.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Zimbra can be very expensive for small businesses. It also requires robust hardware because it uses so much data processing resources. And compared to other email service provider like Gmail, the connection with the data is lost whenever there’s an error in the server.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The communication and collaboration in our Technology Department team have become much more effective and flawless. We use the chat service to talk about issues with the service and find the most effective solution, share data, and generally communicate with everyone in the team. With robust and effective communication, we are able to solve problems in real time, and our team’s productivity has increased. The customization features are also incredible because our team is able to create a comfortable work environment tailored to their needs and preferences which in turn boosts their efficiency.
