What are the best aspects of this product?

I like how the interface is made and how it lets me make additions and alterations swiftly. Whenever an app delivers, it's a slam-dunk. That's been the case with me.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

ZipBooks is so hard to hate. But it'd be a bonus if it had additional features on hand like having the ability save tets on default when doing invoices and estimates. I'm just nitpicking obviously.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I was able to efficiently and swiftly do record keeping and accounting for my business. I'm also capable of representing my brand nicely by sending out a link to customers to share the UX. This made for a very good impresson.
