PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

From start to finish, everything travels along the path easily. Starting with a quote, approved quote, to invoice and paid invoice - it's all the same document. I like that.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I really haven't found anything I dislike yet. I landed on ZipBooks because I tried about 3 other programs and they all had something missing. One was invoicing, but the client couldn't approve or pay digitally. This program is great because the client is taken care of, then it handles the business finance documents as well.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I'm really taken care of, I'm sure there's something out there that I don't know about that I would love, but it's really a one stop shop.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I cut out so much personal labor by having an all in one invoicing solution that also handled my business finances and gave me a dashboard to view it all. As a one man company right now, I was having to do all types of different tracking on different platforms, this streamlined the whole process.
