It's very simple to navigate. It has just about everything I want. What's even better is that it's free. As a result this platform helped my accounting processes to be streamlined.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's nothing I hate about ZipBooks. Simply put, it did me a lot of things that other platforms can't. I simply love it inside and out!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I had a lot of problems with my accouting before. But since I got ZipBooks, my accounting has been streamlined. Now, I won't have to go back doing things manually ever again! Yey!
