What are the best aspects of this product?
Automatic reports. Simple pre-set & editable chart of accounts. Automatic invoicing. Time tracking. Preset tasks and items to load into invoice templates. Editable template. Business profile. Customers can leave reviews and new customers can find your business profile. Great help files. Fast and efficient customer service team.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Having the ability to connect to bank accounts outside of the States via an API would be a fantastic ability, but I understand it's a huge task.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Connecting bank accounts outside of the USA. An app (which is about to go into Beta as of 04/18). There isn't anything else that I wish it could do.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I don't stress out about accounting anymore! It saves me time, money and worry by automating so many annoying accounting tasks, like double entry bookkeeping and reporting.
