ZipBooks is simply the best out there!

What are the best aspects of this product?

This platform is very simple to use. It made accounting a cinch for me! I'm always peeled with the status of each of my invoice. I found it easy to make new clients, monitor payments, and give reminders to clients when it's their time to make payment. Their team is always there whenever I need assistance. They've taken my feedback to heart and even gave out new features!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There's nothing specific that I dislike with ZipBooks. Every thought that I suggested to the team from ZipBooks always led to them delivering every single time!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I own a business and even if I don't carry out my own accounting, I always like to get a handle on my current financial situation. ZipBooks has made it simpler for me to see each of my client's invoices and accounts. Personally, I feel as if I can do better when it comes to making informed decisions, do follow-ups when required, and have an improved handled with my business.
