What are the best aspects of this product?

My team and I can analyze data without any prior experience. It also allows me to create comprehensive reports and dashboards despite the size of the data.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is quite difficult to use at first so training must be provided by the Zoho team.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can create reports in which we can easily visualize the overall performance of the company. We can also work in groups through their collaboration tool. It is very useful in finding data that we might have not noticed on our own. We simply love Zoho Analytics.
