Very easy to use and flexible

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is very easy to use and helps you create great reports without having much experience creating one before. It also integrates smoothly with other systems like that of SalesForce. Furthermore, it has great customer service. It has the Ask Zia feature that helps you learn more about the functions of Zoho Analytics. Overall, it is a software that I'd highly recommend any company as it helped us a lot in improving our business.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The addition of comprehensive text-ability will be greatly appreciated as it currently only has a simple editor. Aside from this small improvement, I can say that I don't dislike any other feature of Zoho Analytics.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Since we have data coming from different sources, Zoho Analytics was able to organize it in a way where we can easily understand and digest the data. This saved us a great deal of time and effort consolidating all the data we have. This gives us time to focus on other aspects of the company.
