What are the best aspects of this product?
I have three things I liked most about Zoho Assist: 1. Very affordable. They offer varying plans that would suit your budget and service needed. It can even be free.2. Using the remote assistance, the support team can see the screens of the customer asking for help, see immediately what is happening and provide solutions. They can even control multiple devices/computers simultaneously. 3. Can be integrated with other Zoho Suite tools.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Using the browser, speed-wise it needs improvement; Devices that are “non-Zoho computers” need to be registered first before having access (once registered though all the features can be used smoothly); There’s a 2GB file limit (maybe this is a plan factor but it’s quite tedious when we are limited with just 2GB).
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Remote setup of computers integrated with Zoho CRM, Zoho Desk, and Zoho Projects was smoother using Zoho Assist.
