What are the best aspects of this product?
Zoho Assist is a great alternative for gaining remote access to computers. It is light and easy to use and it can operate on PCs and mobile devices. During the pandemic, there are fewer people in our office and most of us are working remotely. With Zoho Assist, we can provide faster support to clients, gain remote access easier, and in turn, provide solutions faster. What I really love about the application is that we can customize the name of the PCs we are operating on so it's easier to actually remember which computers are which. It is really helpful because I help a lot of employees simultaneously and shift from giving them access on and off for troubleshooting. Another thing I love about Zoho Assist is the multiple plans they offer. We can choose which to use according to our budget and preferred usage.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I like that we can leave our PCs unattended during the support, however, the operator is not as fast as I have expected. Restarting the PC also had some problems. Archiving files of more than 2GB would be rejected.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Great for remote support, especially addressing problems even with unattended PCs.
