The connection is made through our browser so there is no need to download software. Through the mobile app, we can also provide support using a mobile device. It is simple enough that even a non-expert can utilize it to the full extent. Zoho Assist is a great remote assist application.

Chat function can use an easier interface.

Operating our computers in the office remotely using our mobile phones. Very useful especially if we need urgent information from work.
