What are the best aspects of this product?
Asking for remote support from our IT was easiest with Zoho Assist. They can immediately gain control of my PC, do their stuff, and if need be, I can also gain control of my PC during their stuff and input needed information like login credentials and whatnot.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
None so far.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Fast technical setup and troubleshooting with our IT staff. I really recommend this application for remote access for work from home.
