Through the simple user interface and even just using the browser, we can gain access to the client’s computers faster. They have a lot of tools that can be used to ensure effective delivery of assistance to the customer; Can be integrated fully with other Zoho products; Connection between computers are stable.

Improve the connection dynamics, like having a chat support feature so that the operators of each computer can communicate with each other.

Remote access/assistance with only using the mobile device—I can provide assistance to my clients even when I am not in front of my computer.
