What are the best aspects of this product?
Zoho Assist is a simple and easy to use remote support application even for people without much technical knowledge. The application has been helping us greatly especially during this pandemic season because we can provide assistance immediately to employees working remotely. My favorite feature on the app would be the share the screen and, of course, the remote control. I also like that they have a mobile app. Even though the screen would be smaller using our phones, it is a convenient way to help our employees and clients asking for technical support.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
A holistic mobile application would be a great help. It is a bit tedious to shift between the two apps, one for providing support and one for receiving support.

Assisting employees and clients whenever they are experiencing technical difficulties.
