What are the best aspects of this product?
I personally love how we can provide assistance without the help of the operator of the computer on the other end and then reboot to safe mode function. The technician from their Support Team is also helpful especially when our IT technicians need more help in solving technical problems. They offer the same features that more expensive software also offers for a cheaper price and quality.

Help comes immediately using the app. Remote assistance can be used remotely especially during this pandemic season. We can monitor logs on the sessions made in the computer, copy files from the main computer to the accessed computer, reboot, and many more.
