What are the best aspects of this product?
Using the Zoho Assist, there’s no need to panic when technical problems arise because I can just contact our IT support and within a minute they would gain access to my computer and have the problem solved.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
None. All of the features work well and there’s nothing bad I can say about Zoho Assist.

Contacting IT support immediately and solve my technical problems without much-unneeded stress.
