Sending campaigns is done easily using Zoho. It also generates reports about our clients' behaviors. Its integration with other platforms is also seamless. Furthermore, it uses multiple languages, so it is very convenient.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Brazilian and Portuguese translations should be improved and more details about importing from other platforms should be included.
