What are the best aspects of this product?
I'm running a small business, which is why I choose to rely on simple and intuitive software. The first one I discovered was Zoho CRM, and I was so satifsifed that I made an instant decision to use Campaigns too. Luckily, the two are perfectly integrated, and I rely on this syncing to setup drip campaigns using other dates and actions. i was particularly satisifed with the reporting capacity, i think it really turns work into pleasure.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It is more of an email automation software than a marketing automation one, and I feel confident to share this because I am a former user of products such as Eloqua and Marketo. It is not integrated with sales software and it doesn't score leads. What I miss the most are Marketo's DKIM and SPF records on deliverability, you could only have those with via Zoho Mail. However, if your purpose is to send campaigns to small lists, Zoho Campaign is just fine.
