What are the best aspects of this product?

It gives us perfect automation and without the use of external applications, we can have all our email, CMR, and Facebook in one place. It is also very cheap for the awesome features it offers.

There are some email addresses that automatically get mark as spam.

I love having the option to create my own campaigns using Zoho. This way, I can easily track its results using the platform.
