What are the best aspects of this product?

It is my number one go-to marketing tool because of the features it offers. It is free so I can grow my campaigns without spending much. It also integrates well with other platforms like that of Zapier.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I've been using Zoho for years now and I still can't find any fault about this platform. It is still the best marketing tool for me.
