What are the best aspects of this product?

It integrates well with the business suite. The UI is also easy to use with its drag and drop builder approach. You can also focus on the builder blocks because the WYSIWYG runs at the top.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Improvements can still be made on the mobile app because building campaigns there can be tricky. I also experienced lagging problems with the app.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

For a lesser price, I was able to create professional campaigns every month. I was also able to build my customer base.
