What are the best aspects of this product?
It has Zoho CRM integration. This makes it very useful for us since we're heavy users of it. Once you're able to set up a mailing list, you can actually make the system dynamic. This ensures updates on both ends to be pushed without preserving mailing lists.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We've dealt with certain challenges when coming up with a campaign design. Even with the templates available, it wasn't as easy as we expected. I'm pretty sure someone who's had a bit of experience with html or something related to design may find it simpler to utilize. Regardless, we're working our way through the learning curve, from the design standpoint.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Preserving client contacts and leads. This is based according to certain parameters. For example, geographical locations, previous date orders, and etc... It's simple enough to define what your CRM paramters are. Then linking a mailing list to a certain designed campaign.
