Zoho CRM happens to be a simplified CRM that I've seen throughout my sales career. It certainly has its upsides. It has simple integration with other internet apps. Customized reports are proven to be important and insightful.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Zoho also has its downsides when compared to CRM tools. There are duplicate leads which could possibly lead to unsensible data. No cross-checks. With a majority of data is uploaded, the rate of response from Zoho CRM is painstakingly slow.
