The core of Zoho CRM’s functionality is lead and contact management, but also sales pipeline management and purchase control. Pros: This tool is very simple and has an exhaustive set of features such as for lead management, allowing a salesperson to keep the track of all his leads. It also has a great dashboard that provides detailed and beautiful analytics, as well as integration with other applications like MailChimp, Google Apps, etc.

Cons: Its actions on redundant data need to be improved such that if there is redundant data, it should provide notification to admin as well as stakeholder's involved.

Pros: Zoho offers affordable pricing for the features offered. It is also a clean which makes it easy to use. The best part though is the integration it offers with the Zoho suite of products.

Cons: One main thing I dislike is the UI. Another major disappointment is the lack of integration with a number of third party apps.
