Zoho is a great CRM for your small business if you are just starting out and you don't want to break the bank. It has a lot of features that you can take advantage of with the free version and it has a lot of advanced features you can use if you are willing to pay extra.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It's a great CRM if you know CRM. Otherwise, you may find it too overwhelming and complicated. At the very least, you'll get value out of it if you use it as a electronic rolodex.

It has helped address the issue when were making a lot of cold calls and were starting to lose track of customers that showed interest and those that didn't.
