What are the best aspects of this product?

You can kick things off free of charge. A non-technical individual can get things going in a few days. That means having the ability to enter activities and leads; translating leads to contacts; and possibly putting in quotes, invoices, orders, and products/services. An advanced user can include fields and sections that cater to certain business requirements. E-mail can also be generated.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

E-mail tech support has been great. They're prompt in catering to inquiries. I hope phone support would be included in the professional version.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

For a private training school, we can input student candidates in the form of leads. Then we do a follow-up on Zoho CRM until they register. Once registered, they're automatically converted into contacts. We then assign them to training programs they've been registered to. Then we track which classes they're taking.
