Zoho CRM happens to be one fine software. It's quick and comes packaged with everything. For the past few months, I've been utilizing it for customer support, reporting, collaborative efforts, and marketing. Handled all my work. Minimizes time and effort in small daily tasks.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There's nothing much to hate. That's what I love about them. They're constantly trying to improve in all areas. Everyone will love using it. It's cheap regardless if you're opting for their monthly/yearly plan.
