What are the best aspects of this product?
I love how it's within a reasonable price point. It's so simple to use (as long you know your way around tech). In my opinion, it's intuitive. The 2016 roll-out was exceptional. The upgrade was big and given to current users without added charges.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Customer support is impossible to cater. That could be due to possessing a legacy account type. We have the same upgrades. But it would seem we can't have support access that those in higher verions have. At times, it would say chat is available when in reality it's only sending an e-mail.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Accessiblity to customized dashboards and actual data. Integration with GMail. That means, e-mails to leads can be opened and sent directly from the CRM. These features are useful. Reporting can easily be done.
