What are the best aspects of this product?
Zoho CRM offers flexible functionality for small businesses, start ups and non-profits at a fraction of the cost. The CRM not only allows us to manage contacts, but also host our email on their online server for no cost for up to 25 emails. The CRM grows with the company, so we can add functionality as needed.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Zoho seems to have multiple different platforms that are not always as integrated as they could be. Some of the functionality with the apps are duplicated and occasionally I've found its not as easy to cross-pollinate the data across the platforms as I'd like. There is no single administrative dashboard and several dashboards for the different apps could be better integrated.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Zoho has been able to offer our company more flexibility and better data management than we would have been able to afford elsewhere with nearly all of the functionality of apps like Salesforce but at a lower cost.
