What are the best aspects of this product?
Zoho CRM has been very flexible for our needs. Its attributes and pricing was a great fit. It also excels in integration, like its mail integration which was a huge plus for us. Its support team is the best out there.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It is a bit dated as far as looks go and does not have the user interface to allow for simple color variations. But the biggest weakness for me is the Calendar. I would love to see more flexibility there, reflecting which events are completed, cancelled or no show. It is a very forward looking calendar, but in my business I need to look back and see what transpired at the calendar level, not drilling into activities or clients.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Initially we saved dollars on the move. Then we saw better productivity, as the product did not require large amounts of training. We just finished a horrific deadline that had all hands on deck, and Zoho came through, as we used the CRM, email integration, document storage and chat without any issues.
