What are the best aspects of this product?
I like everything that came with Zoho. It's user-friendly and data can easily be uploaded from Excel. Great design layout. Simple in including fields to a contact/account/leads and etc... Search, contact filters, and targeted e-mail lists and communication are also easy.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Can't say, really. We're a subsidiary of a U.S.-based SAAS and a consulting firm headquartered in Russia. At the moment, there's only the two of us. This is a great tool for operating a small-scale business. Question: why do I receive alerts when the main Zoho owner is my boss?
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We're making use of Zoho CRM in keeping track of leads, contacts, and customers. We send out promo invites as well as webinar invites. Then we follow the customer straight to closing out a deal or in the event of contract signing. Lets me do my job. Gives a precise understanding and helps me focus on what should be accomplished.
