What are the best aspects of this product?
Zoho is great for tracking and analyzing our sales cycle. The custom workflows help manage our processes, and the integration with other apps like Zoho Campaigns, Zoho Survey, and Zoho Creator has been a great benefit to our small business.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Maybe a better "Social" integration, which is being improved, and integration with LinkedIn would make it better.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Workflows greatly increase our accuracy and turnaround time as sales targets and project tracking can be done though this platform.
