What are the best aspects of this product?
Zoho CRM is intuitive and easy to use with many features included while having reasonable prices. It can be integrated with all the system applications, marketing tools, customer database etc. And its dashboard and customized view features help an organisation analyze its sales pipeline easily and review how each one is performing.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It is not able to identify the redundant data. Also, it does not provide any reminders for follow-up.
