What are the best aspects of this product?
Zoho CRM is giving me full customization. This helps cater to my company's needs. It's a platform that allows me to be innovative and expand with very small restrictions. Affordable for any small-scale business. It gives the chance to compete head on with the bigger competition.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Other Zoho products have restrictions. For instance, when trying to integrate with Zoho CRM, it won't let me get far. I make use of automation and workflows for my tasks that would normally prevent me from being productive. I'm not at all sure if this is considered a negative thing with Zoho CRM. But it appears to be an out-of-the-box scenario.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Data fragments have constantly been a business issue. One upside I came to understand with some Zoho products is that I have a full view of what's currently happening in business. I have improved engagement with clients/prospects. Response is quick and precise. Better decision making in raising profits and revenue.
