What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool is very simple and has an exhaustive set of features such as for lead management, allowing a salesperson to keep the track of all his leads. It also has a great dashboard that provides detailed and beautiful analytics, as well as integration with other applications like MailChimp, Google Apps, etc.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Its actions on redundant data need to be improved such that if there is redundant data, it should provide notification to admin as well as stakeholder's involved.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our presales team is using this tool to manage the sales channel data (prospects, leads, clients), generating reports, analytics around sales data. It helps us continuously observe each phase of sales cycle and prioritize our focus for better results.
