What are the best aspects of this product?

The purpose of this tool is to make sure that documents do not fall into the wrong hands. What's good about it is that it uses Cloud, which has proven to protect documents regardless of their size and format. We like the searchability and accessibility features, which allow us to retrieve any file at our convenience.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I find this platform as something really amazing for work purposes. I like that it is so flexible enough to cater to most of our needs as a business. I hope that they continue to find ways to make things easier for us as we continue to support Zoho.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

At first, we searched for a platform that could give us additional storage for our new files that continues to grow each month. However, I am quite hesitant to choose just any product because it might compromise our security and cost the business a lot of money. I am glad that someone told us to try out Zoho and see how it works. It's good that most of our experience with the product turned out to be positive, so there's nothing to worry about.
