What are the best aspects of this product?

I am glad that I stumbled upon Zoho because I fell in love with it within the first few days of using the program. One of the best features is the large storage space, which allows us to save a limitless amount of documents and power points into the Cloud. The accessibility of the files is also available on android devices, which I take advantage of all the time. I can work on important documents while on the go and even share them effortlessly with my trusted team members. I am confident that all the files we have stored in Zoho are one hundred percent secured from hackers and viruses.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing really to dislike about Zoho because the app itself is very straightforward to use. Based on my personal experience, the transition from Google Drive to Zoho has been as seamless as it could be. The documents we have for our company is now secured and yet accessible 24/7. Upon going through the product's instructional video, I must say that I have learned so much stuff in less than 20 minutes. Although Zoho comes with some drawbacks, I will not trade this app for something else.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I highly encourage my team to maximize the usage of Zoho as much as we can because it comes with a wonderful set of features that makes our work more fun and more straightforward. We can do many things using Zoho, including creating slides and excel sheets for meetings and making them shareable with the rest of the team. We also do not have to worry about consuming too much space in our hard drive since it's cloud-based and capable of storing thousands of files without causing our computers to lag or slow down. Also, looking for specific files will no longer be an issue for us, for Zoho allows easy searchability via keywords.
