Great experience with Zoho Docs

What are the best aspects of this product?

Zoho Docs is a straightforward and versatile tool. It has a free version that allows a small group of users to collaborate on files and gives them 5 GB of storage each. This works perfectly for SMEs like us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We hope they will extend their quality customer service to their free version users as well. They are quite hard to reach when we need assistance. With regard to the software itself, we think it would be better if they will add a spell check feature.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Zoho Docs is very useful for managing and executing tasks. It helps me keep track of my work progress daily and make the necessary updates on my reports. Our company benefits highly from its free version. It allows us to work more efficiently.
