I love the way how Zoho works hard to help people collaborate effectively with each other.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Zoho gives me peace of mind because it automatically saves any work that I do so I don't have to go back from square one. I wasn't scared to perform tasks and write documents using Zoho because I know it's safe. In terms of collaboration, I'd give this product five stars in a heartbeat.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are instances wherein the email that I've sent are not being delivered to my staff. That is why I have to create a chat group to help me confirm things right away.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Collaboration is the number one secret to the success of every team. And we owe Zoha so much for making this happen without the need for us to put in so much effort. I can leave messages within the platform for my recipients to read and review within the day.
