I will be forever grateful to Zoho for keeping our files in the right place.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Zoho is definitely easy to learn, even for those who have not tried it yet. It allows me to easily share the files that I want with just a few clicks using my laptop or smartphone. I don't have to worry about experiencing slow and corrupted servers because of overloaded files since Zoho can cater to 10Gb storage space.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The mobile app is not as flexible compared to the ones that we have installed on computers. Transferring documents from one Zoho to another source takes some time to accomplish.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It makes life in the office a lot more manageable. Our staff no longer has to worry about a shortage in storage spaces because Zoho offers a lot. I can work on my files even though I am offline and choose what I can share with others depending on their roles and responsibilities.
