What are the best aspects of this product?

It's a multipurpose platform that allows you to store, share and edit documents in one central space. Zoho caters to document of all formats safely. It enables you to upload and edit images with ease and share word/excel documents with other people. Zoho helps us speed up our work process through collaboration and communication. I think that this is something that I won't be able to find in other applications.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

As a long-time client for Zoho, I can say that things in the office as moving smoothly compared to not having this app. Very efficient and fast in terms of saving and sharing content with the group.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Zoho helped me get rid of lots of headaches when it comes to document sharing and storage. I don't have to worry about any security issues because the Cloud is the safest place to store documents, especially confidential ones. I'm glad that it didn't take me a long time to learn how to use it. Thanks for having some videos that are easy to follow and understand.
