What are the best aspects of this product?

I find it so easy to work with Zoho, for it allows me to make major changes to all the documents that I own, even if I'm offline. Once I go back online, it will automatically scan and confirm all the changes I have made. It's very convenient on my end because I can work using my cellphone even when I'm having coffee with friends.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Zoho Docs is a perfect match for our company. Things are working more seamlessly. Also, the price is pretty reasonable and justifiable.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I do not need to be physically present at the office to get some work done. All I do is log in to Zoho and share the necessary documents to complete certain projects. I am pretty lucky because my teammate is an expert in using the product, so we work fast.
